The first Purposeful Inserts release ships from stock within the United States. Checkout remains closed until the A5 workbooks have arrived and passed our quality check.
Processing and delivery
Once ordering opens, we plan to pack and hand paid orders to the carrier within 3 to 5 business days. Business days exclude weekends and postal holidays. This is processing time, not delivery time. The shipping service, price, and any carrier estimate will appear at checkout. Carrier estimates begin after the package is accepted and are not guaranteed unless the selected service explicitly says otherwise.
Shipping costs and packaging
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. We will select the mailer and shipping services before opening orders. A free USPS Priority Mail package can be used only with an eligible Priority Mail label, not with a lower-cost ground label.
Tracking and addresses
We will email tracking information when a label is created. Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If you notice a mistake, email info@trezhas.com within 12 hours of ordering with your order number and the correct address. We begin preparing labels after that window and cannot guarantee changes once a label has been purchased.
If a package is returned because the address entered at checkout was incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you about the cost of shipping it again before resending it. If we made the address error, we will make it right. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
Delays or lost packages
If we cannot dispatch within the stated time, we will contact you with the option to agree to a delay or cancel for a prompt refund, as required by law. If tracking shows a delivery problem or your package is missing, email info@trezhas.com with your order number so we can investigate and offer an appropriate resolution.
International shipping
International shipping is not available for this first release.
