Ordering later
When products become available, waitlist members may receive an invitation to place an order. A sale is created only after checkout is completed and the order is accepted. Shipping, returns and other terms shown at checkout will apply.
Product selection and final sale
Printed paper goods will be final sale except where applicable law requires otherwise. Customers are responsible for confirming puzzle family, difficulty level and size before checkout. Choosing the wrong level, puzzle type or size will not qualify for a return or exchange. Damaged, defective, incorrect or lost orders may qualify for accommodation under the Returns + Order Problems policy.
